Be the first to know about performance opportunities, workshops, and retreats.

I studied Soundpainting with Walter Thompson, and have studied bassoon with George Sakakeeny at Oberlin, Bill Buchman at DePaul, Richard Beene at Colburn.Bassoons I have recorded on include Heckel #10058, Fox 601 #33375, Bell #30, Heckel #7000, Heckel #9498, Heckel 12112, and now Bell #234.In my personal life I enjoy disc golf, being healthy, and learning about new technology.

Oberlin has one of the top bassoon studios in the country for winning auditions, competitions, and graduate school placements, but I'm just as proud of all of the people who became writers, doctors, accountants, improvisers, visual artists, arts managers, chemists, and conductors!
